Panic Attack vs. Anxiety Attack?

What is the difference between a panic attack and an anxiety attack?
What are the symptoms of both and is there a way to calm yourself down from both without medication?
Answer:
These are two different names for the same thing. People who have these attacks often feel like their vision is impaired, their breathing becomes difficult, chest tightness (pain on the outside). Often, people hyperventilate in an attempt to get sufficient oxygen. The truth is, one's body is acting in a fight or flight manner at a moment when it's not warranted. If a person having a panic attack can take a moment to remind themselves that they'll live through it, the symptoms usually subside in a few minutes.
Same thing, I just lie down and close my eyes and wait for it to pass. Its only happened to me a couple times but goes away quickly.
Panic attack is much worse. Anxiety is very uncomfortable. Panic attack feels like life or death.
