Our brain is very active in the morning than in the night .WHY?

Answer:
our brain works on bio electric currents and electro- magnetism, this is triggered by the rate of breathing, It is influenced by the food we eat %26 the thought patterns that we have developed.

rate of breathing is regular and less frequent when we sleep. and reduced to a great extent during deep sleep and meditation. thoughts similarly follow this design in healthy people. sickness can alter this. Thus the activity of mind.

It increases to a higher frequency when we wake up, in anxious states, anger, love and deep desires. This is when we can access the deeper levels of consciousness only if we guide (focus) the mind in that direction willfully.

every level of consciousness is influenced by three states of nature which is also our's as the body %26 mind are made up of materials from the earth. They are satwa rajas and tamas.
rajas is the transision state from satwa to tamas or tamas to satwa. the rate of activity depends on the accumulated energy (potintial Or kinetic).
i don't know my brain seems to be more active at night then in the morning. night time is when i get up and do a lot of things around the house. it could just depend on the person. when you get up in the morning and you work all day and think and do a lot of physical things in the morning and the afternoon by night time your body and your mind are tired and need some rest so there for you body just naturally slows everything down. hope this helps
Because you spend all night on ByeDr.com...sucks the cells right out of you when you read dumb questions?
Maybe true for some people, but for many others, brain activity and alertness is more alive in the evening or at night, more sleepy or at least less alert, less energetic in the morning. Every individual has his/her own biological schedule.
For teenagers, I know the opposite to be true.

The teenager's mind runs on a clock that makes them slow in the morning and riled up in the evenings.

The brain's activity obviously changes throughout a person's life, so it is just chemicals in the brain doing a job.
it depends on the level of activities u r doin
yes its quiet true that at the morning when we wake up with a new day we have fresh mind that is its ...it has taken rest all night n now fully charged to work n when this fresh mind you stud in the early morning you can understand and learn your assignments quickly and easily...but when we study later in the day we use our mind in other things and thn its used...n not that active..so do study in the early morning hours its very true!
mine's different, i cant think straight 'till the sun sets
IT IS JUST BECAUSE THE OXYGEN WHAT WE GET IN THE MORNING EARLY HRS IS NOT THE SAME WHAT WE GET AS THE DAY ADVANCES.
THE WORLD IS POLLUTED.
SECONDLY, STARTING OF THE DAY WE START ALONE.
WHEN WE MEET PEOPLE THEY START EATING BRAIN, ACTIVENESS DEPLETES.
It is just like a man wakes up in the morning and feels full of energy but as day passage he starts feeling stressed so same if the case with our brain which is very active in the morning and starts exhausted during the day.
sleep give US re laxness. when we sleep our brain also sleep.and as having sufficient rest its active in morning.but when night come full day restless brain not shown proper activeness.
